two layers of fabric over the bust area. The upper, outer layer, falls
form the shoulder to the lower bust line. The under layer starts above
the nipple, falling to the lower hemline

- Unhook your nursing bra through the neck line of the top. Using opposing hand to breast, lift the top layer of fabric away from the breast in an upward motion.
Step 3

Thus exposing the under layer. Then, using your fingers, sweep the under layer in a downward motion.

fingers, sweep the under layer in a downward motion.
