We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, please let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll take care of that, too.

Postage and Handling Charges:

Depending on what time of the day your order was placed, all in-stock items are processed and shipped on the day. If in some circumstances we cannot do so, we will immediately notify you of the reason.

Australia $7.50. (Overnight Express) 3 item or more $15.00 

New Zealand $17.00. 3 items or more $25.00

All other countries $25.00. 3 items or more  $35.00

Terms and Conditions of Deliver:

The prompt delivery of your order is very important to us. All orders within Australia are sent overnight express. Depending if you are in the applicable next day network you should receive your order the next business day. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery outside this network. If you ordered via our website, an  email is generated to advise you of your order status. Please allow 5 to 12 days on all International orders. All orders are wrapped and packed to ensure protection during transit.

For Returns/Refunds:

Contact us at sales@peppermintmaternity.com.au and list your order number, name and the item(s) you would like to return. Forward a copy or your correspondence, invoice and your item(s) via a certified courier (courier must provide a tracking number) to the postal address noted below. Any merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. We regret that postage cost incurred on return orders is not refundable. Please allow 1 week from the day you return your item(s) for your account to be credited.

For Exchanges:

Contact us at sales@peppermintmaternity.com.au and list your order number, name and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for you returned item(s). Place a copy of your correspondence and your invoice along with your merchandise in a post bag and ship you package, via a certified courier (courier must provide a tracking number) to the address noted below. Please note the return postage on exchange items is the customer’s responsibility. An administration, handling and repackaging fee or $7.50 applies to all exchange orders. Return postage on any exchange item(s) outside Australia is the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the rate per garment by Australia Post. We'll send in-stock items to you right away. If the price differs we will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and process a credit for the returned item(s).

Incorrect Orders:

Should we ever send you the incorrect or defective merchandise, we will send out the correct item(s) along with a prepaid satchel for return of the incorrect goods.

Things to keep in mind...

1. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Return item(s) must sent in original condition with all tags in place.
3. All returned goods must be sent by a certified courier- tracking number must be provided
4. Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
5. Pack your items carefully. Peppermint Maternity is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or loss via return delivery.
6. Exchange and refund items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt.
7. Please allow 7 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
8. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
